Anna hair!

It was time for Emily to get a haircut and she also requested "Anna braids". (For those not familiar, these resemble the braids that Anna from Frozen wears in her hair) Luckily, Kids Hair knows how to do a lot more with her hair than I do and she walked away beaming with her hairstyle.

Post-nap:

She even wore her braids to bed and to school today...looking a little rough. One of my newest spring break goals is to watch some videos of how to braid hair!

Spring break is officially on and so is baby watch 2015. We're looking forward to meeting our new little girl and hoping she arrives soon!

We found it!

Our next house that is. We are happy to announce that we found our next house in Bloomington (just south of Minneapolis) and were able to get the close date on the same day we close on our current house. We feel lucky to be moving into this house because it was only on the market for 1 day and had multiple offers. Thanks to our realtor, we won out!

There's a part of me that's still a bit surprised we're leaving Minneapolis after being here for the past 16 years but this is the right house for us. On April 29 we will be moving in so let the packing begin! Without further ado, here it is...

An auntie again!

We have a new nephew: Benjamin Mulfort Stephens! Everyone's doing great and we're so excited for my sister and her family. We won't be able to meet him right away since my due date is just three weeks away but we're looking forward to the day we do get to meet him! In the meantime, here he is:

SOLD!

After two weeks on the market we sold our house and are now looking to buy a new one. We are out of our current house on April 29 so the search is on!

It's been a good house for over seven years but it's time to move on and begin the next chapter. It will be sad to leave but we'll find something that fits our growing family perfectly!

First dentist visit

Emily had her first visit to the dentist and it went great! She has 20 teeth, got to have grape flavored polish and wear some sweet shades. The dentist says her teeth look great and we'll be back in another 6 months!

Family of three, but not for long!

Patrick's friend, Chris, met us at the Guthrie on a cold day in February to take a few photos of us before baby2 arrives. We are in the final stretch and are anxiously awaiting her arrival!

Happy birthday grandma Val!

We had a lovely impromptu birthday celebration in honor of grandma Val. We're all so lucky and thankful that she's there for us, cheers to many more!
