Easter

We enjoyed Easter with brunch at GG and Papa's house followed by dinner at my parent's house. We couldn't have asked for better weather and enjoyed every minute of it!

Sisterly Love

Our day off

Emily and Aubrey's daycare was closed on Friday for Easter so I took the day off to spend with them. We had a fun morning at Crayola Experience followed by some science at home for Emily and I while Aubrey napped.

Rainy Weather

We've been having a lot of fun playing in the rain and looking for worms. Here's hoping these April showers really do bring me my May flowers!

Our big girl

Well, I think it's safe to say that Aubrey is no longer our baby. Her second birthday came quickly and we had a blast celebrating the momentous occasion! We were all home for her birthday so we went to the zoo, out for dinner and celebrated with a special brownie dessert.

We had her family party on Sunday even though Aubrey was a little less than thrilled with all of the guests. We had a nice time seeing everyone and were again reminded how lucky we are to have such an amazing support system.

We are excited to see what the next year has in store for our big girl!

Chicago Fam

We were lucky enough to have my sister and her two kids come up for a visit at the beginning of April. We enjoyed the weather with a lot of outdoor play and family time!
