Izaty's 2019

Izatys 2019 is in the books! We are now 22 years and counting with this tradition. And even though it's changed a bit over the years and not everyone can make it the whole week anymore, we are still loving this summer week at the lake. We had plenty of time in the water at the pool and one the lake, the kiddos (little and big) got some golf time in, we shared many good meals together, and celebrated Grandma Barb's birthday. We had fabulous weather this year and if it wasn't for the massive fish fly hatch, we couldn't have asked for a better week. Until next year Izatys...

July wrap up

July was full and fun! We put up a new shed in the backyard the weekend after the fourth. Thank you to my fabulous father in law, John, for his help in the construction and assembly as well as taking time to teach the girls a little something along the way 😊

Emily's friend, Farrah, celebrated her 7th birthday with a pool party. It was a great time for all of the kids and we're so happy to have kept in contact with a great preschool friend and her family!

I was lucky enough to make it up to Pathfinder near Hinckley to my friends Jeremy and Matt's place for the weekend with our other friend Lucy. We had fun swimming, eating, drinking, relaxing, and jamming to the Bad Girlfriends :) The three of them also left the St. Croix Casino winners!

And, of course, we found time to enjoy just being at home and enjoying the weather and each other's time together.
