Our graduate

Emily is moving on to kindergarten next year so she was one of the preschool graduates this year at Appleseed Montessori. It is bittersweet to move on since Emily has been going to Appleseed since she was 3 months old, but she is so ready for kindergarten.

Emily, we love you more than you will ever realize. You continue to amaze us with your intelligence, kindness, thoughtfulness and your try anything attitude. We are looking forward to the next chapter in your life and are honored to be your parents. xxx ooo

Play ball!

Emily started t-ball this year, she is having a great time and getting better with each practice/game. Her own personal cheering zone is also enjoying the evenings outside watching the next generation learn about America's pastime!

Aubrey's sick time

Aubrey had some sort of stomach bug for a few days in mid May so Patrick and I had some alone time with her while she recovered. You'd never know it, though!

Mother's Day

We arrived home from our trip to Italy (more about that later!) the night before mother's day so it was pretty low key but we did squeeze in a visit with each mother/grandmother and have some relaxing time at home. We're so lucky to have our moms and the girl's grandmothers nearby and in their lives. Cheers to our great moms!
