The summer break has come and gone and with a continuation of distance learning on the horizon, we are a little unsure what the fall and winter will bring. We were fortunate to have found ways to enjoy the beautiful summer though!

Minnehaha Falls
Every summer we make sure to visit Minnehaha Falls because it is quintessential Minneapolis. This year we hiked and played in the water as usual but also added a hike up the cliffs, which sure was interesting in our flip flops! I love having this beautiful resource so close. Izatys: Pandemic style
The pandemic didn't stop us from enjoying our year visit to Izatys on Lake Mille Lacs. It was a little different this year but we still enjoyed the pool, beach, the huge grassy yard, and the company.
